Overview:

  LHDJ-1.6~32 series electric contact level gauge is a medium contact type, multi-point level gauge monitoring instrument. It has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance, and is widely used in boiler, reservoir, high and low pressure heater, deaerator, evaporator, DC boiler start separator, steam drum expansion tank, water tank and other liquid level measurement and control. It is also applicable to the measurement control of other conductive liquids. Its secondary instrument has contact alarm and 4~20mA analog output, which can directly participate in closed-loop system and chain control system.

  LHDJ series electric contact level gauge is an intelligent, highly reliable new generation electric contact liquid level monitoring instrument. The instrument adopts microcomputer intelligent technology. It has the advantages of flexible panel operation, intuitive water level display, and easy-to-operate alarm point settings, and high degree of fault tolerance, high anti-interference ability and other intelligent advantages.

  High anti-interference ability: The digital filtering technology is adopted for the input link, and the electrode state difference method with hysteresis is adopted to greatly improve the anti-interference ability. The output link adopts a delay alarm to prevent false alarms in the case of instantaneous strong interference.
  Configurable alarm point: The position of the alarm point and the number of the alarm points (≤7 points) can be set as required by the panel operation, which is very flexible and intuitive.

  The desired water level display value can be set arbitrarily through the panel operation.

  Micro-current signal input loop: The secondary instrument utilizes the characteristics of the high input impedance of CMOS. The signal input circuit only has micro-current through the electrode, which can reduce the chemical corrosion of the measured liquid to the electrode to the minimum and prolong the service life of the electrode.
